Meet Lisa Kirschner, Flair’s Founder
Lisa Kirschner, Flair’s owner and managing director, founded Flair on a part-time basis while working as a lead content strategist for a large consulting firm in downtown Chicago, and continued freelancing while working at US Web/CKS, marchFIRST and Divine InterVentures. She provided content strategy and content management services to a wide variety of Fortune 100 companies and managed teams of 5-12 consultants while in those roles.
Kirschner quit her full-time consulting job in 2003 to focus on Flair full-time. She grew Flair to a $1.2 million business in the first two years. Flair has been featured as one of the fastest-growing woman-owned businesses in the state of Illinois three times.
Lisa has written more than 500 technical and nontechnical articles for a wide variety of publications, including the Chicago Tribune, Salon.com, eHow, Office.com and numerous others. She is the author of the ebook, “Choosing a Web Content Management Systems: CMS Tips, Myths, Mistakes and Best Practices”, and she is proficient in Hubspot, WordPress, Joomla, Sharepoint, HTML and CSS.
Lisa holds an undergraduate degree in English with an emphasis on Technical Communication, and has received multiple certifications in online marketing, inbound marketing, content marketing, SEO and Hubspot. She is the lead facilitator and trainer in Flair’s T.L.C. Marketing Transformation training and coaching program, and she helps clients learn, collaborate and interact with other marketers through T.L.C.’s online mastermind groups, online classes and private VIP Days.
