WebProNews is reporting that Toshiba is launching eXCHANGE, a new social networking tool and online directory to be used by its internal sales, customer service, administrative and corporate employees in the U.S.
According to WebProNews, eXCHANGE will allow Toshiba’s users to communicate more easily, share information more quickly, and learn about new product features and launch plans through interactive video clips. Think of it as an old-school employee intranet on social networking steroids.
