In a rare move, Homeland Security has issued a warning for U.S. computer users not to use Microsoft’s Internet Explorer browser due to serious security flaws:
Those of us in web development have been advising our clients for years not to use IE for various reasons, so we’re happy to see the recommendation to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox–which are both far more modern and secure than IE.
